Not so much the ideal, healthy breakfast- but it cuts it for this ravenous pregnant lady, especially when Milo cereal just doesn’t cut it for a cold weekend morning.

I needed a fresh chocolate ‘croissant’ fix & quick. Here is the lazy way I make Pain au Chocolate. Sorry Frenchies! Turned out just the awesome crave fix- warm, crusty & soft in the inside. Happy Sunday!

Ingredients: 

Bag of Choc Chips- your choice of flavour

Puff Pastry

An egg yolk to coat over the top & each layer inside

Method: 

Just thaw the puff pastry slightly so it is easy to roll

As you roll, add your desired amount of choc chips.
