It’s almost a month since I had Marlowe & my confinement is almost over (yay!). To celebrate her 4 weeks, G & I kinda cheated & went out earlier to the National Gallery of Victoria to see the Warhol x Wei Wei exhibition (I’m really supposed to stay indoors for 40 days). Such a fun and stress free day without having anyone tell you what you can/ should or can’t/ shouldn’t do (a.k.a my mum lol). We then chilled by the botanical gardens with our little picnic rug ( I swear it’s so handy to always have one in the car) As much as I missed my old life/freedom, I really cannot imagine my life now without M. As cheesy as it sounds, I guess it’s true what they say “you cannot imagine life with kids & cannot live without them after”. Also at the same time, I realise how much I can’t live without G after all I’ve been through. Doesn’t he look so handsome pushing the pram!? Even more so when he’s fussing all over his new gal. :) Today was a good day.
